Life Stage Health Care
At Mostly Cats, we want to care for your pet through every stage of its life from basic kitten and puppy shots to geriatric care. Each pet has different health care needs, so we'll work with you to develop an age appropriate plan. For instance, puppies and kittens may need to visit the clinic several times during their first four months of life for immunization against viruses such as distemper and rabies; whereas, adult pets may only require annual health care check-ups. It's especially important for senior pets to have a health care review every six months.

Surgery
Our fully equipped, aseptic surgical suite and advanced Isoflurane Gas Anesthesia including sophisticated heart and oxygen monitoring system, ensure your pet the best in surgical care.

Laser and Video Technology
State-of-the-art laser and video technology helps us diagnose and treat ailments with more precision, less pain and quicker recovery time.

A safe alternative to traditional surgery, the laser is used for procedures such as: spaying and neutering; cyst, lump, tumor and wart removal; and is very beneficial for declawing. Your pet recovers quicker because the intense beam of light precisely targets the affected area and seals nerve endings and small blood vessels during the procedure, resulting in less pain, less bleeding, and less swelling. Laser surgery also minimizes side affects to healthy surrounding tissue and reduces bacteria that may cause infections.

With our Video Vetscope System, we can diagnose, treat, operate and store images of ear canal problems for future reference or share with specialists across the country. Because of its portability, we can show owners a closer view of their pet's ear problem right in the exam room.

Pain Management
We want your pet to be as comfortable as possible. Therefore, your pet is monitored carefully for discomfort and offered specific pain control to ease recovery and speed recuperation.

Radiology
With an emphasis on radiation safety, we use our own x-ray equipment capable of various anatomical exposures with high quality diagnostic images, which allow us to accurately pinpoint your pets medical problem.

Dentistry
Regular dental exams and cleanings are essential to keeping your pet pain free and healthy throughout it’s long life. To help preserve your pet’s oral health, our clinic offers x-rays, cleaning and polishing using the latest dental technology. We have a certified dental consultant on staff.

Laboratory
Clients get immediate results for routine blood tests through our in-house laboratory. Other tests include: Urinalysis, Fecal Examinations, Microbiological, Cytological, and Parasitological procedures, as well as Feline and Canine Heartworm, Feline Leukemia Virus, and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus.
